Turtle Shell Belt Bag
This is the shell of a turtle shell that has lost all it's tortoise shell cover. It looks like bone without the coating. It does still show the lines by indention. I bleach them to clean & give a cleaner looking color. I have used a tan colored buckskin for the back, flap & twisted long fringe. The fringe has some small copper beads here & there. The flap has a round disk of turtle shell that has four strands of leather with copper and glass beads along with round copper disk on the ends. There is also a strand on each side. The picture shows it a little bit whiter than it is, it is more on the tan side. Makes for a nice display piece when not in use!
Measures 14" long with fringe and 3 3/4" wide. It ties on to a belt.

style. All sinew stitched with various
wood, brass, and silver beads. The
closure is a slice of deer antler. What
makes this bag special is the python
snake skin flap.
Measures 4 1/2 by 10 1/2 with fringe.
Strap is 32" braided leather.
Golden Buckskin Neck Pouch
This Bag is all sinew stitched together. Twisted
fringe is added on after along with different type
glass, metal and bone beads. Closure is a round
copper piece. Neck strap is a braided sinew with
two antiqued bone pipe beads and four brown
glass pony beads. Bag measures 4 1/2" by 10 1/2"
with fringe. Strap is 30" long.

Moose Antler Carved Horses
Neck Bag
A wonderful brain tanned neck bag by a wonderful artist Jeff II Hawks. This has 2 horses carved in the antler & at the top of it part of a medicine wheel with four feathers hanging off of it That measures about 3" x 2". The beads a antiqued brass, red white hearts & decorative yellow glass beads. the bag with fring measures 10" with fringe & 24" with the neck strap. The opening is small so it would only be good for small items like change size.
